Itinerary June 22-24th, 2018

Day One

Arrive in Victoria and make your way to the house. You can either fly into Vancouver and take the ferry to Victoria, or you can fly directly to Victoria. The house is about an hour drive from Victoria, 20 minutes past Sooke and right on the ocean. Check in is between 6-7pm

The evening will be spent making homemade pizza for dinner, getting to know one another and planning for our adventurous weekend.

Day Two

Breakfast is continental style where a variety of cereals, oatmeal, bagels and toast are offered.

It's a choose your own adventure kind of morning today. Whether you want to head to China Beach and snap photos, discover some of the waterfalls nearby or go for a short hike, it's up to you. Maybe you want to hang out at the cabin and read a book in the hammock! We will pack our lunches before we head out for the day.

We will convene in Victoria at 3:30 for a photography lesson (for those who want it) with a National Geographic Photographer. For those who don't want the lesson, feel free to explore the city of Victoria. After we have our lesson, we will head over for a sunset whale watching adventure. We will have three hours to spot whales so make sure to keep your eyes peeled.

We will then make our way back to land and after a day of adventure we will grab something to eat in town before heading back to the house. We will be responsible for our own dinners since we will be arrive back around 8pm.

Day Three

Breakfast will be a repeat of yesterday with plenty of coffee to go around.

We will pack up the house in the morning, and check out is at 11am. You will have  free time during the day to explore. Either head back to Victoria for some high tea at the Empress hotel, or make your way to Sooke for some stunning views and incredible trail hikes. We will have a list with some suggestions but feel free to make this day all about you.
