This adventure is rated 2 out of 5 for difficulty level. Most activities do are not strenuous, but some like the climbing or camel ride do require higher level of adventure comfort. Both activities are beginner friendly and no previous experience is needed. These activities are built into the trip, but can also be opted out of if they are out of your comfort zone. All other activities are easy.

Join us as we immerse ourselves in the pristine beauty of Montana's wilderness, with a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and camaraderie. Our adventure begins in Bozeman, where we'll rendezvous before making our way to our wilderness resort, our gateway to Yellowstone National Park. Over the next few days, we'll embark on thrilling wildlife spotting expeditions, exhilarating snowshoeing adventures, and moments of tranquility amidst the natural hot springs of Chico and Yellowstone National Park. Led by experienced guides and surrounded by like-minded women, this journey promises memories to last a lifetime. Don't miss your chance to be part of this unforgettable experience!






ITINERARY

Welcome to Montana! Arrive in Bozeman, MT today and meet your fellow travelers and trip host at your accommodations.
Check in begins at 4 pm. Your hotel offers an indoor pool and a hot tub to relax in after your day of travel.
Meet the group in the lobby at 6:30 p.m. where you’ll head out to get to know each other over dinner at a local restaurant.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out.
Relax on a the scenic drive as we make our way to Paradise Valley, the gateway to Yellowstone National Park.
Enjoy lunch with our local guides before checking in to our cozy accommodations for the next 3 nights.
Take time to enjoy the breathtaking views, explore the property and take a dip in the on-site hot springs. Spa treatments can be arranged at an additional charge.
As the sunsets, we’ll rendezvous at our resort’s restaurant to enjoy dinner together.
Finish the day with a final rejuvenating soak unwinding under the starry sky.

Enjoy an early breakfast at the resort.
Today begins with an adventure into Yellowstone National Park in search of its iconic wildlife such as the majestic bison or elusive wolves.
After lunch, we’ll grab our snowshoes for an exhilarating trek through a wintery wonderland where you’ll be treated with views overlooking the Yellowstone River.
On the way back a stop at Yellowstone Hot Springs warms us up.
Enjoy dinner tonight with the group at the resort.
Finish with a final soak at the on-site hot springs under the starry skies.

Fuel up on breakfast at the resort before today’s big adventure.
Our expert guides will lead us on a full day of snowshoeing off the beaten path to explore hidden gems as we traverse frozen streams and bask in the tranquility of nature.
Enjoy lunch along the way.
After more snowy adventures, it’s time to head back to the resort where we will enjoy our final dinner together.
Enjoy a final evening soak under the stars before snuggling into bed.

As our adventure draws to a close, we'll gather for a leisurely breakfast, savoring the last moments of our Yellowstone escapade.
Reflecting on the unforgettable experiences shared and friendships forged, we bid farewell to this winter wonderland and make our way back to Bozeman.

*Please note flights will be required to depart after 12PM at the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) to ensure appropriate arrival time. Drop-offs include: airport and any accommodations within 10-15 minutes of the airport.

If you are traveling solo, you will be assigned roommates upon request.
A deposit is due at booking to hold your spot with regular monthly payments. Additional payments may be applied to the trip balance prior to payment due dates.

• 5 days / 4 nights accommodations: 1 night in a hotel in Bozeman and 3 nights in a hot springs and wilderness resort located 30 miles north of Yellowstone National Park.
• Access to the on-site hot springs from 7 am to 11 pm daily
• Two guided snow-shoe excursions in Yellowstone National Park, snowshoe rental included
• Soak in the natural mineral waters of the Yellowstone Hot Springs
• Private group airport transfer to Bozeman International Airport (BZN) for departure flight on last day
• Local transportation from day 2 to day 5 of the trip itinerary (from Bozeman hotel to Yellowstone back to Bozeman hotel or airport)
• Local experienced female guide(s) with knowledge of the area (guide ratio is 1 to 6).
• Meals as noted in itinerary, in total this includes 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 4 dinners
• Trip checklists, detailed packing list, training guide, and pre-travel support provided in a private Facebook and/or WhatsApp group
• Pre-trip Q&A Zoom call to meet your fellow travelers, trip hosts and ask any questions
• WWE Swag to make your heart happy!
• Small group; maximum of 12 women + your WWE trip host and max 2 local female guides. Guide ratio is 1 to 6.

• Airport transfers to hotel in Bozeman

• Visa and entry requirements as applicable and any pre-travel medical expenses such as immunizations or required Covid-19 testing

• Personal expenses not included in the itinerary such as additional accommodations, transportation, meals, souvenirs, etc.

All meals will be provided as noted in the itinerary. Please reach out to the trip host after booking if you have any food allergies/sensitivities. We always do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot make any guarantees.

This trip requires a minimum number of women to register in order for it to be confirmed. Once the trip reaches the minimum participant number, you will receive a trip confirmation email and a link to be added a private Facebook group just for trip guests. In this group further trip details will be provided along with pre-travel support. Please let us know if you do not have or use Facebook (see contact information below).

All deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking, but may be transferable if done so within the timeframe outlined in the Terms of Service.
Once a trip has been confirmed (no matter the booking or trip timeline), the deposit is both non-refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure you are purchasing adequate travel insurance at the time of booking to ensure you are covered in case you need to cancel.Please note: some of our trips have a non-refundable fee that will be stated in the trip description. Please make sure to refer to the full Terms of Service to make sure you understand fully the Cancellation Policy of each trip.

Travel (and medical) insurance is required for anyone traveling on a Women Who Explore adventure. Your insurance should include adequate protection for overseas medical treatment, evacuation/repatriation, your baggage and equipment and the specific activities involved on your adventure. Your insurance policy should also include specific Covid-19 cover, including cancellation and curtailment cover if you or a close relative are diagnosed with Covid-19.
